BY DESIGN

We build software that works for you, not systems that extract value from you.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

01

Nothing Leaves the Sanctum

All processing occurs on your device. No audio, transcriptions, or usage data are ever transmitted to Metra Labs or any third party.

02

No Telemetry by Default

Warden does not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data unless you explicitly enable it. Opt-in, never opt-out.

03

No Account Required

Core features require no account, email, or registration of any kind. Your identity is your own.

04

No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. There are no advertising networks, data brokers, or uninvited external API calls.

05

You Own Your Data

Everything Warden creates lives on your machine. Export, delete, or migrate at any time without restriction.

06

Open Architecture

Warden is built on open models and verifiable local inference. You can audit exactly what runs on your machine.

FULL POLICY

What We Collect

When you use Warden locally, we collect nothing. If you opt into a managed service tier, we collect only what is necessary to operate that service — account contact and billing information. Telemetry is always off by default.

Third-Party Services

Warden's local mode makes zero external API calls. If you enable optional integrations (e.g. calendar sync), those connections are made directly from your device on your terms.

Data Retention

In local mode, all data lives on your device for as long as you keep it. For managed service customers, we retain only what is required for service operation and legal compliance. Deletion is available on request at any time.

Your Rights

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold. For managed customers, these requests are honoured within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will not make retroactive changes that reduce your rights without clear notice.
